MyInvestingclub.com offers payments plans for one year of access and Platinum access. These payment plans are offered as a convenience to customers and may be discontinued at any time. Payment installments for payment plans are not refundable once they are made, regardless of the reason for the refund request, and failure to pay any single payment installment will result in immediate account termination without any refund. By proceeding with a payment plan purchase, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service, including, but not limited to, agreeing to pay the entire amount due over the payment term, regardless of if the account is canceled at any point during the payment term. By agreeing to enter into a payment plan, you affirm, acknowledge, and accept that you will not be entitled to receive a refund of any portion of the payments made during the payment plan, for any reason, and regardless of when the account may be terminated. You shall be obligated to pay for the full amount due under the payment plan.
